Summary
The Flood Alert Water Detector Alarm is designed to detect a potential water leakage in your home. The Flood Alert can protect your home, business, assets or heirlooms and save yourself alot of bother.
The water detector alarm sounds when water comes into contact with the sensor which is located on the bottom of the alarm. The alarm can be placed directly on the floor with the sensor compartment closed, or the sensor compartment can be opened and the sensor wires extended up to 6 feet to reach a sump pit or other remote location.
The ZWD-12 connects to a 12V power supply.

FAQ
Are the contacts of the output relay of this water detector set to normally open or normally closed?
This water detector (ZWD-12) is supplied with it`s relay set for normally open, however there is an internal jumper link to change this to normally closed.
Is this water detector polarity sensitive?
No the ZWD-12 water detector is not polarity sensitive so can be connected either way.
