New Modern Design
The design of our website has been streamlined and brought right up-to-date with clean lines, bold colours and attractive effects. On our homepage you’ll see a brilliant slideshow that gives you some key information about our company. You’ll also find links to our fire safety blog and Twitter feed and have the opportunity to sign up to our newsletter.
From any page on the website you’ll be able to see our full spectrum of product categories using our new drop-down navigation. Hovering over one of our main product categories across the top of the website will display the subcategories therein, allowing you to more easily find what you’re looking for.
On our old website we differentiated between our product categories using a variety of colours; we’ve now taken this further and are using colour coding throughout our product categories to help you associate our products with their parent categories.
The product pages in our website have had a makeover too – we’ve got large, high-quality product images, clear pricing and tabbed product descriptions that combine to make finding out all about our products as simple as can be.
Streamlined Payment Processing
Our website still uses the same e-commerce system but we hope existing customers will see a big improvement in their experience using the website and new customers will be impressed with the high quality of our online shop.
We’ve added lots of new features to the website to aid your shopping experience but one of the biggest improvements you’ll see is how we process payments. To make life as easy as possible for our customers we’ve now integrated the SagePay payment gateway with our website. This is a superior payment processing technology that allows you to enter your payment details and confirm your purchase right here on our website – all without the need to visit a third party site.
