The Apollo XP95 Intelligent Low Power Relay Base is an intelligently designed detector base that promotes cost-efficiency.
The base incorporates a low power relay to control field equipment such as automatic door closers in an alarm.
Voltage free changeover relay contacts and a latching relay coupled to an efficient drive circuit means that field devices can be controlled directly by the detector attached to this base.Other bases in the XP95 series require that the detector is wired and draws power from the loop. This base however is loop-powered allowing the detector to draw power from the base.
