The STI9105 thermostat protector with lock is ideal for medium sized thermostats and similar devices measuring no more than 140 x 120 x 75 mm (the approximate internal space within the cover).
This tough thermostat cover can be used to prevent unauthorised access, vandalism and accidental damage – particularly if the thermostat is situated in a public area. A key provided with this product is the only method of opening the thermostat protector which means you can be assured that only authorised persons will be able to use the device.
The casing is made from 1/8 inch thick clear moulded heavy-duty polycarbonate which is UV stabilised and has been tested in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 121°C.
The cover is easy to install for flush mounted applications (comes with mounting kit) and lets the thermostat operate normally by allowing air to circulate freely around the thermostat through holes in the casing frame.
A 3 year manufacturer guarantee against damage during normal use is also provided with this product.
